Install as a personal skill: 1. Unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ so you have ~/.claude/skills/agent-trace-auditor/SKILL.md 2. Restart Claude Code (or your Claude app). 3. Paste a trace and ask it to "audit this agent run". After any material edit to SKILL.md, re-run tests/cases.md. Those are the cases this skill has actually got wrong. For a project-scoped install, unzip into .claude/skills/ inside your repo.
