How to install
Install as a personal skill: 1. Unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ so you have ~/.claude/skills/acceptance-gate-writer/SKILL.md 2. Restart Claude Code (or your Claude app) so it picks up the new skill. 3. Before a substantial task, ask for "acceptance gates for this". Before reporting it done, ask it to "verify the gates". After any material edit to SKILL.md, re-run tests/cases.md. Those are the cases this skill has actually got wrong. For a project-scoped install, unzip into .claude/skills/ inside your repo, which also lets you commit the filled-in gates.md alongside the work it describes. The reference file is read only when a gate cannot be run as a command, so most runs never load it.
